Chelsea is a heavily embellished dress motif, supplied in symmetrical pairs which coordinates with the full width Chelsea Lace and Trim.
The motifs measure 16.5 cm (6.5") x 13 cm (5") and feature a variety of beads and large diamantes on top of rich ivory embroidery thread and cording.
